BE REMEMBERED

Would you like for me to bring the LIVE WELL and BE REMEMBERED Celebration to your Middle Tennessee church or organization?  If so, please feel free to contact me.

Here are the general parameters of the seminar:

It's free and open to the public.

The host church or organization provides the meeting space to have the seminar free of charge.

The host church or organization assists me in setting up for the seminar.

The host church or organization helps promote the seminar.  Typically this would be online and in their service.

I have the host group's leader consent and blessing to conduct the seminar. 

I provide a workbook to the participants that contains their necessary Powers of Attorney, 
Living Will and Advanced Care Plan and instructions to properly handwrite their Will.
A ten dollar ($10.00) donation is encouraged for the production cost of the workbooks. 

Nothing will be sold at this seminar.  If the participants choose to work with myself and/or the professionals at seminar, they are welcome to do so at a later date.
